- ➤ Local artist Yaw Owusu Shangofemi unveiled his wrought iron sculpture Nommo at Dreamer’s Garden today in Gainesville during a celebration featuring West African music, food and performances. The artwork draws inspiration from the Gullah Geechee culture and honors ancestral traditions. WCJB
