- ➤ At about 12:28 a.m. on July 5, officers arrested Juan Pozada Zepeda and Jose Torres Vazquez after Pozada Zepeda allegedly threatened a patron with a semi-automatic handgun and Torres Vazquez punched the victim during an argument—witnesses and security guards helped stop the incident. - ➤ UF researcher Dr. Nasim Binesh studied how unregulated AI in gambling may target vulnerable players — her study recommends independent audits and training for developers to protect consumers.
