- ➤ David Wayne Walker, Sr. was arrested on June 23 for attempted first-degree murder after he struck a man with a concrete block on SE 14th Street—witnesses reported he continued to swing the block after the victim fell, leaving him in critical condition and causing $2,000 in vehicle damage.
