- ➤ Raising Cane’s opened its second Gainesville restaurant on Archer Road yesterday — drawing more than 100 visitors, including high school cheerleaders and University mascots, to a ribbon cutting celebration that featured a $1,000 donation to the Humane Society of North Florida.
