- ➤ More than 130 community members are attending a Collaborative Summit on Family Homelessness in Gainesville today. The summit aims to improve homeless resources and shelter solutions for families. WCJB
- ➤ The University Air Center hosted the 10th annual Gator Fly-In Armed Services and Appreciation Day on Saturday. Attendees admired military aircraft, took helicopter rides (over The Swamp and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium) and honored fallen service members during a 'Flown West' ceremony while enjoying live music and food trucks. - ➤ Florida's men's swim & dive team finished second at the NCAA Championships on Saturday. Senior Josh Liendo and freshman Ahmed Jaouadi led the team to five national titles, 14 podium finishes, and 25 All-America honors with record-breaking performances in freestyle and butterfly events. - ➤ No. 3 Florida softball evened the series with a 12-6 win Saturday at Bogle Park as its bats hit four home runs plus 15 hits, marking a conference record. The team will face No. 10 Arkansas in a rubber match Sunday at the park. WRUF
- ➤ After a 24-hour delay caused by a bee infestation on Saturday in Tempe (Ariz.), the Florida lacrosse team beat Arizona State 14-8 on Sunday to keep its Big 12 win streak at 32-0. The team will host Colorado at noon Saturday. WRUF
