Gainesville will mark America's 250th birthday with WUFT’s Fanfares & Fireworks on July 3 at the UF Bandshell on Flavet Field, featuring live music, food trucks & fireworks around 9:30 p.m. The Jack Gamble Melon Run at Albert Ray Massey Park will offer a 3-mile course & kids’ half-mile run.
